Returns policy
Compatible prosthetic components - Gemini Line and Dental Attachments - Ancora Line
The following conditions apply to the return of products purchased through IT and telephone channels by professionals, as defined in art. 3 lett. c) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005; the specific rules envisaged by the Consumer Code in art. 52 and following apply to consumers.
Without prejudice to the legal guarantee conditions as well as the conventional guarantee recognised by New Ancorvis referred to in the general conditions of sale, the product sold (from now on, the “Product”) may be returned only and exclusively upon specific request for authorisation to return, to be sent within 90 days of the delivery of the Product to the customer via email or access to the personal position of their account on the New Ancorvis e-commerce portal.
Once New Ancorvis has given its authorisation to return, the Product must be returned to the same in its original packaging which must be intact, including any accessories and manuals, also using the return note accompanied by all the necessary information indicated therein, following the attached model. In case of non-compliance with these requirements, the return will not be accepted, with any subsequent effect.
